Entry Requirements

Booking is now available for our next round of classes starting November 2020.

All applicants to the Narrow Path Christian School of Arts must demonstrate the following:

- commitment to the Christian faith and maintaining core Christian values, morals and ethics

- a belief in and relationship with Jesus Christ

- an ongoing commitment to a church

- aged 18 and over

- no experience is necessary but applicants must demonstrate talent in their chosen field

Narrow Path does not seek to create celebrities or false idols. Nor does it instil in its students the need for validation from the world. There is no certainty in the world of acting, writing and directing, particularly for the Christian. To abide in the secular world is to take the wide path. It’s to take the easy way to success, fame and fortune. It’s taking on any role as an actor, writing any script or directing any project without the consideration of Christ. If it’s truly fame, riches, and validation you seek, please do not apply to the school.

Success is not fame. Success is peace without the noise of the world. Success is washing each other’s feet. Success is servitude to God. And many times, that servitude means being away from the limelight. As an actor that could mean never being famous but still being one of the best, unknown actors who serves the will of God.

Success is hearing Our Lord say to us ‘Well done, my good and faithful servant’. And that’s what you’ll hear at this school.
